I bought this instyler for a thirty day usage and when I sent it back they continued to take money out of my account because I did not "call to confirm" I was sending the product back! They also gave my information to another company and that really made me mad. Something that was supposed to cost me $19.99 + shipping and handling ended up costing me $150 and a runaround from the company. I ended up having to change my account!

I was so excited to get this as a gift and so let down at how poorly it works. I can say that the worst flat iron IU ahve ever used didn't work as bad as this product. It completely frizzed my hair and dried it out. I did use a thermal spray and sectioned it, just as I do with a flat iron. I feel terrible that my family paid such a high price for such a poorly made product. This item is a total scam and the company does not care about its customers in the least. Bottom line I am sticking with a flat iron. I can at least say that the CHI flat iron, shich is pricey, at least DOES work well for the price you pay!

I purchased this product at Costco for $38 two years ago. This product works well for hair straitening but that it to the extent that it will go. It will not curl my hair and heats up quickly. This product dose control which directions the ends of your hair are facing and if you are just straightening your hair it dose work leaving your hair shinny and not frizzy.
Personally if I knew, I would have not purchased this product. It gives me the exact same results as my porcelain hair straighter. (I have natural curly hair that frizzes when left unattended.) Disappointed

Very disappointed with this product. You're not supposed to use it on wet hair or put any product on your hair. My wet to dry flat iron is easier to use and faster. The Instyler was expense and not easy to use. It is too easy to burn yourself on it and it doesn't sit still between uses, keeps falling over. Don't waste your money on it.

I got the InStyler about two years ago as a gift. I'm of mixed race so my results may be different than someone with a different hair texture, but nothing, I repeat, NOTHING straightens my hair as well as the InStyler does. It also leaves my hair very soft and not even close to frizzy. I would NEVER go back to using any other straightener. While it does a fantastic job straightening, it doesn't curl well at all. I have to use another curling iron for that. By the way, except for a little Wen as a leave in conditioner, I don't use any products on my hair.
