The Smooth Away hair remover works by buffing away hair you want to remove and also exfoliates the skin with fine crystals embedded on the pads.  You get a set of pads with the device and can buy replacement pads.

Smooth away hair removal product seems to work pretty well for large areas like legs but not so well for heads, beards, and longer hair.  Other complaints are that it takes a long time.

This guy uses Smooth Away to remove the hair on his head.  The directions warn against using on heads or beards.

Did not work

I used this product and was very displeased with it. This did not remove my hair but it did give me a friction burn. I have sensitive skin and this just does not cut it for me. It took my legs 3 days to recover and I was pressing lightly.

Did not work for me either

I should have brought it back to RiteAid like other Asseenontv products that don't work, however too lazy. Anyways, I also did light circles, over and over and over. It removed about fifty percent of the hair after three tries. My skin looked so awfully dry it was disgusting. This took three times as long as shaving and with poor results. Stickin to my shaver.

Waste of Money

Do not waste your money on this product, it simply does not work. After following the instructions exactly, I saw maybe a 10% reduction in hair. It shortened the stubble, did not erase it. Very disappointed in this product.
