The supplement Cylapril is marketed on infomercials as the treatment to adrenal fatique as explained by the Adrenal Fatigue Institute (AFI).  The infomercial repeatedly shows people who are clueless about the subject of adrenal fatigue, looking at the free booklet that you can order with information explaining what adrenal fatigue syndrome is. The commercial is short on any details which could most probably be explained in the time the infomercial runs.

The AFI goes on to say that modern stress causes adrenal fatigue and that 80% of American are estimated to suffer from this condition.   Adrenal fatigue leads to incorrect levels of cortisol in the blood and insulin resistance causing weight gain and chronic fatigue.
