I didn't get these for my dog, I got them for my kitten. I have a pretty high bed and when we first got her she was too small to jump up onto the bed. She loved the stairs. They were just the right size for her and she also loves to "hide" on them when she is going to attack my feet.
My elderly dog started to use them also in his last year. After a few failed attempts to jump onto our bed, I showed him how to use the steps and he began using them to get on and off the bed.
You can assemble them in about 5 minutes and I like the wooly cover. I recommended these for kittens, small or elderly dogs.
