Pedipaws Nail Trimmer

The Pedipaws dog nail trimmer.

The Pedipaws pet nail trimmer works basically like the Peticure trimmer.  I believe the Peticure came to market first however.  The Pedipaws trimmer trims dog, cat, and even bird nails.  Have you used Pedipaws?  If so, please post your review with the button below.  If you happen to have knowledge of Pedicure vs Pedipaws tell us which is better at trimming your dog or cat's nails. If you order one, check to see if the rechargeable batteries come with it.  There are reports that you have to buy them separately.  Incidentally, my Peticure trimmer came with a rechargeable battery.

The Challenge Review Video

The review video produced by a local new station actually show the Pedipaws pretty well.

Here is a funny MadTV skit about the Pedipaws proving that nobody want their dogs nail quick cut.  Who would want to do that?

i bought the deluxe version.it did not take much off.i had to file my dogs nails for hours and had a terrible time with it. i went back to clipping my dogs nails.not even my vet wanted to take it from me for free. what a waste of money.

Not so, anything, except dissapointing

Noisy, and awkward. No fun for pets and troublesome for owner. Doesn't work on soft nails, as in on young house pets, therefore extremely challenging to have pets adapt. Gave up and chose groomers/self-clipping. Too bad, was honestly excited and hopeful that care for my pets nails would be simple and pleasant.

missed again

bought it and tried it out the idea is great but its just that an idea unless you have a dog in a coma they are probably not going to stand still for it, it just dosn't file off that quickly and the dog fights you the whole time.

Didn't Like It

I like the concept of this product, but both of my dogs were scared to death to come near it. The second I would turn it on, they would freak out. I think it's just too loud, and it scares them. Thank goodness my neighbor gave it to us, because I would have wasted that money on it.

My five year old Chihuahua (with black nails) has adjusted well to this product. I wrap him loosely in a towel after his bath and then begin filing and speaking reassuringly to him.I admit it is noisy, so I usually stop for a minute after each nail to let him take a break. The only negative thing is trying to find refills in stores.

Love It

Trimming my 15 year old rat terrier's black nails was a nightmare! We fought the whole time and we were both scared. The Pedipaws isn't perfect. I don't recommend it for cats. It's noisy and awkward to hold. But it works! My dog got used to it pretty quickly. He actually even feel asleep when I was using it. Very happy with this one.
